Heavy DutySwamp Mats - Digger Mats

Swamp Mats (also known as Cable Mats, Swamp Pads or Digger Mats) are used by excavators that are operating on soft ground.  These mats are supplied with cables in both ends of the mat; the machine can “grab” the mat and swing it in front of the machine to travel and work in poor soil conditions.

This is the Industry Standard in Digging Mats
4 bolts 1-1/4″ diameter
2 – 3/4″ heavy duty cables for dragging mats

Product Features:

  • Heavy Duty Swamp Mats are made with PEFC Certified BC Coastal second growth sustainable Hem/Fir and Douglas Fir timber
  • We use 1-1/4" diameter bolts made with North American recycled steel
  • Mats use counter sunk bolts both sides
  • All mats are end trimmed for even installation

Optional Product Features:

  • We offer Fix-It kits for our Swamp Mats. If you have an aggressive hoe operator and he or she breaks a cable or timber, we can provide you with replacement parts (pre-drilled timbers) for easier installation
  • If you are in the Fraser Valley and want to have us repair mats we can do this as well, send the broken mats to us and we will assess/repair with parts we keep in inventory at all times
